Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your about-face products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most items. Please ensure all returned products are in their original packaging and lightly used or unused.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original box if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
